TUCKRACK Raffle Official Rules and Disclaimer

1. Eligibility: The TUCKRACK Raffle (the "Raffle") is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who purchase a TUCKRACK rack during the JLC Live Conference held on March 28–29, 2025. Employees, officers, and representatives of TUCKRACK, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter: To enter the Raffle, you must purchase a TUCKRACK rack during the JLC Conference on March 28-29, 2025. Upon purchase, you will automatically be entered into the Raffle. No additional action is required. One entry per rack purchased. No purchase necessary alternative entry is not offered.

3. Prize: The prize is one (1) Yeti Cooler (specific model and value to be determined by TUCKRACK). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered, except as required by law. TUCKRACK reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

4. Contingency: The Raffle and awarding of the prize are contingent upon TUCKRACK selling a minimum of fifty (50) TUCKRACK racks during the JLC Conference on March 28-29, 2025. If fewer than 50 racks are sold, TUCKRACK reserves the right to cancel the Raffle, and no prize will be awarded. In such an event, purchases of TUCKRACK racks will not be refunded, as the purchase is for the product itself and entry into the Raffle is incidental to the purchase.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries on or after March 30, 2025, provided the minimum sales threshold of 50 racks is met. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the JLC Conference. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, TUCKRACK reserves the right to select an alternate winner or cancel the prize award.

6. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TUCKRACK, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. TUCKRACK is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect participation. TUCKRACK reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release TUCKRACK, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

9. Governing Law: The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts, and exclusive jurisdiction will lie in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
