Will TuckRack fit my truck?
TuckRack is designed for most full-size pickup trucks. Installing TuckRack on the GMC or Chevrolet 1500 4th Generation, 2019-2025, and the Ford F-150 14th Generation 2021-2025 utilizes factory holes to eliminate any drilling into your truck.
Older trucks may require drilling to mount TuckRack
For TuckRack's standard under-rail set up you will need to have a minimum measurement of 20" from the bottom of the truck bed to the top of your rails and a maximum measurement of 21.5" from the top of your rails to the top of your cab.
Heavy-duty F-350 and F-250 do not meet these measurements and will need to order TuckRack Heavy-Duty, which includes top mount rail brackets for proper storage and usage. For over-rail set up you will need to bolt down into the rail of your truck bed. Requires one drilled hole in each corner of the truck, four total .
Will TuckRack work with my tonneau cover?
TuckRack will work with your tonneau cover as long as it folds or rolls close to the cab of the truck, needs to roll or fold past the stake pockets for the arm bars to lift past. If top mount brackets are used you are limited to only a top mounted tonneau cover
How do I install TuckRack, how long does it take?
Instructions are included with purchase as well as here. Professional installation is recommended. Installation takes approximately 1-2 hours.
How do I set up and take down TuckRack when I want to use it or lose it? How long does it take?
Once installed, TuckRack can be set up or take-down in under one minute by use of magnetic pins on the hinges and top bars. No tools are needed for set-up or take-down.

What is your return policy?
Uninstalled TuckRack returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with return authorization from TuckRack. Return authorization can be obtained by emailing support@tuckrack.com the following information:

Return shipping costs are the customers' responsibility. Returns will also incur a 50% restocking fee as long as there is no damage to the rack. Damaged racks cannot be refunded. Racks are carefully packaged to not scratch during shipping, if not packaged correctly the rack will be damaged in shipping.
What is TuckRack's shipping policy?
Merchandise will be shipped 24-48 hours after purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping is not offered at this time, though local pickup can be available for customers in certain areas. To determine eligibility, please email support@tuckrack.com with your location and order information.
